February 21, 2008 I have been on a kick lately. A pancake kick. Here are my very amateur attempts on making fun pancakes for Donnie's breakfast. The first set are my Superman and Batman pancakes that we very HIGHLY received. So much so he did not even want to eat them. The second pancake was my very first attempt at drawing pancakes.. it is a simple smile.

You are so creative! You are!
Thanks for the AWESOME question you posted on my blog. I am going to have such a great time answering them all. LOL.
::Applause:: Such talent!! :-)
being the youngest of 7 kids I never experienced anything like this growing up (maybe my folks had done it all and couldn't be bothered any more, maybe they never had it in them). But I heard stories from others. I had never seen it in practice though. Well done! Be honest now though, my writing with a pen light in a dark room photo inspired you!! ;-)
Now I'm all hungry. Damn.
:] Those are excellent looking, by the way!
Not that is it needed. For they look wonderful just as they are; but if you wanted to really dress them up: maybe a dash of cosmetics here or there might do the trick? Some pancake make-up: perhaps?
Those are so cute, Kim! I can hardly make a regular pancake, let alone fancy ones.. Supermommy is at it again, folks!
How did you do that?
Cute! I've become a pro at making Mickey Mouse pancakes. Just put 3 really close together and you have two ears and a head.
BTW, I have those same plates. Passed down from my mom. Stupid things just. won't. break.
Are those bananas in the smiley face? I can't tell.
I love banana pancakes!
