Okay..I am REALLY cranky about this weeks weigh in..especially because I have been trying to be good.  Here are my stats..head over here to hear me whine.

Waist: 33.5. in
Thighs: 22.5.in
Calf: 14 in
Hips: 39 in
Upper abs: 30.5 in
Chest: 35 in
Arms: 10.5 in

9/15/2008- The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Update

This week I did not do as great as I wanted to do with "losing".  I mean I did lose about four pounds, and took a sliver of inches of my big ol' waist.  But I was not dedicated to my diet.  Although I was extremely diligent with the exercise program.  I am currently back up to running three miles again, which I could not do last Sunday night without wanting to throw up a lung. 

My legs are SORE, actually my body is sore.  I have been pushing my limits due to the fact that I signed myself up for a 10K in a week.  You can read about that shear stupidity move HERE.


Okay, so here are the stats for the first official weigh in:

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 150.4
Waist: 34.5 in
Thighs: 23.5 in
Calf: 14 in
Hips: 40.5 in
Upper abs: 30.5 in
Chest: 35 in
Arms: 11.5 in

Okay, so next week I hope to have moved back into a 28 inch waist.  Possible?  Umm..nope..but I am dulisional so anything is possible in my mind.   :)

Kicking things off

My first Fight The Sag post..Thanks for stopping by.. Like I said over HERE, I am going to be posting my weight and measurement stats as well as my exercise program for each week.  Every Monday I will update this page to track my success or failures.. My goal is to get my the extra inches that have packed on over the summer..

Well, I might as well just dive right in..

Stats:

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 154.4
Waist: 35 in
Thighs: 24 in
Calf: 14 in
Hips: 41 in
Upper abs: 30.5 in
Chest: 35 in
Arms: 11.5 in

I did not measure each side, because I am lazy. 

Exercise:

Tonight I went out for a bike ride and a run after.  I only did 1.5 on the bike and 1.5 on the run.

Food:

I ate like crap during the day.  I mean, today of all days I decided to try Nutella for the first time.. HOLY Crap.. WHY OH WHY have I never had that yumminess before??   I will be better tomorrow.. (I hope).  I have already prepared my protein packed lunches for the next couple of days..  Cutting down on my sugar intake will be my biggest challenge.  I like to eat sugar.. give me sour patch kids, or swedish fish and I am in heaven!!!
